SHIPPING POLICY
We make effort to ship out within 24hours and we want our customer receive their purchase as in the standard time frame without any delay.
Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. However, due to payment type, and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, or if your billing and shipping addresses are different.
Baroomtols offers direct shipping to your door using various carriers depending on your location. As such, a physical street address must be provided for all orders as we cannot delivery to PO Boxes. At baroomtols, we offer you added peace of mind by having every item insured against loss, damage and theft whilst in transit at no extra charge.
The courier we use normally are EMS, Fedex, USPS and DHL.
Estimated Delivery Time Frame:
1. Orders over $50 (5-10 business days, US shipments only, does not include AK/HI/U.S. Territories)
2. Ground Shipping (3-7 business days, US shipments only, does not include AK/HI/U.S. Territories)
3. 2-Day Delivery (US shipments only, does not include U.S. Territories)
4. 1-Day Delivery (US shipments only, does not include U.S. Territories)
5. International Delivery, Canada and U.S. Territories only (other charges may apply)
Please note that even though you may see a delay in actual shipment, we will still get the product to you by the promised delivery date.
Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a redelivery fee may be charged.
